Stop firefighting your week. 🔥

The other day, I was talking with a woman who felt like she was spinning her wheels.

She was smart, capable, and had big dreams, but she was exhausted from "doing all the things" without feeling like she was actually getting anywhere.

It reminded me exactly why I started my Momentum Reset workshop.

I kept seeing the same pattern:

❌ People don't stay stuck because they’re unmotivated.

👉 People stay stuck because they are overloaded, distracted, and trying to navigate a messy, complex life without a grounded structure to hold it all.

They’re🔥firefighting🔥instead of moving with intention.

I wanted to create a space that was the opposite of the "hustle harder" culture.

A place where you could take a compassionate pause, clear the noise, and actually breathe.

That’s how the AIM framework was born.  It’s not about force; it’s about:

  • Alignment: Getting deep clarity on your "why" and your target, so you're more inspired to take action.
  • Intention: Prioritizing your time and focusing on what you can actually control, so you move the needle forward.
  • Momentum: Building sustainable habits and tracking the small wins that lead to big impact, so you can see what you're doing is working -- and want to keep going!

When we get these three things working together, the "stuckness" starts to melt away.

One of my favorite things is watching the shift that happens during a workshop.

People walk in with heavy "mental overload" and walk out with a prioritized, doable plan.

They move from vague intentions to a clear vision they actually trust themselves to follow.

The impact isn't just a better calendar—it’s a reclaimed sense of peace and a foundation that makes everything else possible.

Let me ask you: If we were having a conversation one year from today and you were over the moon excited about your progress, what would have changed?

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

If you’re ready to stop spinning and start moving forward with intention, early bird for our next Momentum Reset opens next week.

Plus, I have two options for attending this time around—one live in St. Louis and another ONLINE.

Stay tuned. I’d love to link arms and help you realize that hard work isn't the hack—systems are.

Blessings,

Dawn

Tired of being responsible for everything?
A client of mine confessed to me in the past that he wasn't really a "coaching guy." He was skeptical of outside agendas—and honestly, that’s fair. But he took the leap with me anyway. Recently I was sitting in a 1-to-1 with him. He's a CEO of a large organization with a lot of moving parts...including leading over a hundred team members. I’d had the privilege of sitting on their leadership tea...
The "unknown tax" you’re probably paying
I realize we're all in tax mode, so this isn't the type of tax you're probably thinking about right now. But it's a tax nonetheless. In life, when we decide to say 'yes' to something, there's almost always some unknown "extra" connected to it that we don't know realize we're also saying yes to. I might say yes to something and initially think, "Yeah, I can totally do that on Saturday!" But late...
The missing ingredient for moving the needle
Have you ever felt like you’re playing a constant game of whack-a-mole in your life and biz? You’re working hard—maybe 60+ hours a week—but it feels like you’re trying to catch rain in your hands. It’s exhausting, it’s maddening, and frankly, it’s no way to build a life or a career you actually enjoy. I see this all the time when I walk into workshops. Busy professionals show up to get all the ...
