Stop firefighting your week. š„
The other day, I was talking with a woman who felt like she was spinning her wheels.
She was smart, capable, and had big dreams, but she was exhausted from "doing all the things" without feeling like she was actually getting anywhere.
It reminded me exactly why I started my Momentum Reset workshop.
I kept seeing the same pattern:
ā People don't stay stuck because theyāre unmotivated.
š People stay stuck because they are overloaded, distracted, and trying to navigate a messy, complex life without a grounded structure to hold it all.
Theyāreš„firefightingš„instead of moving with intention.
I wanted to create a space that was the opposite of the "hustle harder" culture.
A place where you could take a compassionate pause, clear the noise, and actually breathe.
Thatās how the AIM framework was born. Itās not about force; itās about:
- Alignment: Getting deep clarity on your "why" and your target, so you're more inspired to take action.
- Intention: Prioritizing your time and focusing on what you can actually control, so you move the needle forward.
- Momentum: Building sustainable habits and tracking the small wins that lead to big impact, so you can see what you're doing is working -- and want to keep going!
When we get these three things working together, the "stuckness" starts to melt away.
One of my favorite things is watching the shift that happens during a workshop.
People walk in with heavy "mental overload" and walk out with a prioritized, doable plan.
They move from vague intentions to a clear vision they actually trust themselves to follow.
The impact isn't just a better calendarāitās a reclaimed sense of peace and a foundation that makes everything else possible.
Let me ask you: If we were having a conversation one year from today and you were over the moon excited about your progress, what would have changed?
You donāt have to figure it all out alone.
If youāre ready to stop spinning and start moving forward with intention, early bird for our next Momentum Reset opens next week.
Plus, I have two options for attending this time aroundāone live in St. Louis and another ONLINE.
Stay tuned. Iād love to link arms and help you realize that hard work isn't the hackāsystems are.
Blessings,
Dawn
