Here's how much time you're probably spending...reacting.

Are all the fires of your daily operations already trying to pull you under...only a month into the new year?

Let me ask you this: If you had to put a number on it, how much time do you think you spend putting out fires?

And not even serious fires. I'm just talking about reacting in general.

How much of your day to you spend reacting to clients and customers? Reacting to employees and contractors? Reacting to emails and invoices? Reacting to questions and concerns?

If you're like most entrepreneurs (and entrepreneur-like professions where you're responsible for your own business), that answer is 70%.

Most entrepreneurs spend 70% of their time REACTING. 🤯

Guys, that's putting out fires instead of doing the high-leverage work that actually creates wealth and freedom.

You may even be mired in a perpetual state of reaction. Where you mostly sit around and just be ready for things to react to.

If you want this to be a breakout year instead of just a busy year, we HAVE to shift from reacting to dominating.

(⬇️ Btw, watch instead of reading, or read on below.)

Most entrepreneurs spend 70% of their time REACTING.

Regardless of your industry, there are 3 pillars that separate the drivers from the reactors. They are:

  1. Your Vision
  2. Your Moat (which is your network)
  3. Your Map

Here's the catch: You can't build your map while you're still running the (wrong) race at full speed.

You have to pause.

And that's exactly why I created the Momentum Reset.

It's a dedicated workshop designed to pull you out of the weeds so you can get back into the driver's seat.

We take these 3 pillars and turn them into a concrete, written plan for the next 90 days.

And because I know everyone's schedule and location are different, I have two ways for us to link arms and do this together: You can join us live and in-person for the full experience, or you can join the virtual session from wherever you are.

Both options give you the space, the structure, and the plan you need to stop the spin.

So, if you’re ready to stop the hustle and start building momentum that actually lasts, I would love to link arms with you at our next sessions in March.

Check out the links below and grab your seat for the version that works best for you, and I can't wait to see you there.

You don't need more hustle, you just need a fresh start!

Love doing life with you,

Dawn

Permission to breathe (not hustle harder)
Just got back from my favorite place--the water’s edge. And while I was there taking my own reset, I realized I might need to clear something up about the Momentum Reset workshop we offer here at Cornerstone. Because I think deep down when people hear the phrase "Momentum Reset," they assume I’m going to be asking them to hustle harder. That it's just another high-pressure planning session wher...
Stop firefighting your week. 🔥
The other day, I was talking with a woman who felt like she was spinning her wheels. She was smart, capable, and had big dreams, but she was exhausted from "doing all the things" without feeling like she was actually getting anywhere.  It reminded me exactly why I started my Momentum Reset workshop. I kept seeing the same pattern: ❌ People don't stay stuck because they’re unmotivated. 👉 People ...
You might be looking a little too closely...
Have you ever stood so close to a painting that all you could see were the brushstrokes? No shape, no color, just… texture? That was me this morning, but with my own life. I was leaning in so close to a couple of specific things, that everything else in my peripheral was starting to blur. Do you ever do that? You get so focused on one problem, one goal, or one "stuck" spot that it becomes your ...
