2. Complete the Core Values Alignment Exercise: You will complete our proprietary Core Values Alignment Exercise. This simple online form is where you'll submit your materials and share your own aspirational insights. No analysis is required from you—just submit your materials, and we take it from there.

3. 45-Minute Strategy Session: Once our team analyzes your CVAE submission, you’ll join Dawn for a focused 45-minute strategy session. We will present the key themes, repeating words, and ideas that emerged from your materials. Together, we will collaboratively review, refine, and finalize the core values that truly represent your organization.

4. Final Delivery: Our team synthesizes everything from our session into a professionally designed one-sheet document. You will receive a beautiful deliverable featuring your new core values, their compelling descriptions, and your company's logo, ready to be shared with your team and clients.
