Job Description Package - Defining your Role

This package will create Job Descriptions for up to 5 team members, such that lanes are clearly defined, expectations are set and met, and the needs from the organization are clearly defined and upheld. 

Once purchased, your company will be assigned an experienced consultant who will partner with you and your team to:

• Develop a unique Job Description template, including key skills, program knowledge, accountability goals, expectations and the vision for future hires.
• Coordinate with each team member to understand what their current responsibilities are.
• Draft new Job Descriptions for leadership's review and approval.
