- Alignment Exercise: You will complete our proprietary Core Values Alignment Exercise, which uses your best testimonials and key descriptive phrases to begin the discovery process.
- Brainstorming Session: We will meet again to review your completed exercise and brainstorm together, digging deeper into the themes that emerge.
- Value Creation: Using our discussion and your materials, our team will utilize Gemini to help craft five distinct core values with compelling descriptions, along with a powerful new mission statement for your company.
- Final Delivery: You will receive a professionally designed one-sheet document featuring your new core values, mission statement, and your company's logo and branding, ready to be shared with your team and clients.
