The missing ingredient for moving the needle
Have you ever felt like you’re playing a constant game of whack-a-mole in your life and biz?
You’re working hard—maybe 60+ hours a week—but it feels like you’re trying to catch rain in your hands. It’s exhausting, it’s maddening, and frankly, it’s no way to build a life or a career you actually enjoy.
I see this all the time when I walk into workshops. Busy professionals show up to get all the "industry expert" know-how downloaded into their brains, yet they still end up feeling stuck.
Here’s the thing: You don’t need more ideas. You need more execution.
And to execute, you need to break things down into smaller steps.

That's one of my favorite things to do...taking big, complex business hurdles and boiling them down to the lowest common denominator. (It's the ex-school teacher in me!)
I want to give things back as simple, scalable steps so you can see what it takes. Which helps you decide exactly how you want to grow.
As someone who linked arms with me once said: "Thank you for not making it a race to the finish, but instead, a system of scalable, simple steps."
After all, it's all about the journey, not the destination, right? (I mean the destination's great too of course, but the journey is where all the work and growth comes from, so you might as well enjoy the ride.)
So if you’re stuck at Point A trying to get Point B (or maybe you’re at B and ready to leap to D) and want a second brain on how to do it, I’d love to link arms with you.
A few ways "easy-lift" ways we can get started right now:
- Join me at an upcoming event: Check out our Workshops & Events page to see where we’re heading next.
- Bring the momentum to your team: I’m currently talking with business owners who are deciding how they want to "take ground" for the rest of this year. If you have a team that needs to move the needle, drop me a line.
You don't have to do this alone, and you definitely don't have to keep playing whack-a-mole.
Love doing life with you,
Dawn
